The University of Utah congratulates 8,465 students who recieved their academic degrees on May 2, 2019.

Students are conducting research on campus and abroad, working closely with faculty across all academic departments and programs.

Loyola University Maryland has announced the members of its spring 2019 Dean's List. In order to qualify for the Dean's List at Loyola, a student must achieve a minimum QPA of at least 3.500 for the term, provided that, in the term they have successfully completed courses totaling a minimum of 15 credits.

SUNY Delhi announces its Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester, a recognition of academic achievement for students who earn at least a 3.5 grade-point average for the semester.

The following students have been named to the Champlain College Dean's List for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in the Spring 2019 semester.

More than 690 students graduated from SUNY Delhi in May 2019. Commencement was held on May 18, and over 750 certificates, associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees were conferred upon the Class of 2019. SUNY Delhi's hands-on approach to teaching and learning includes over 55 academic programs in specialized areas, including applied technologies, nursing, veterinary sciences, applied sciences, and liberal arts. Gettysburg College students take pride in their work, and we are likewise proud to announce their recent academic achievements. Students whose semester averages were 3.6 or above were recently placed on the Dean's Honor List. The following local students have been awarded this outstanding academic achievement in the Spring 2019 semester.

Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

The following students have been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the Spring 2019 semester at St. Lawrence University.

Twelve students have been inducted into SUNY Delhi's chapter of Tau Phi Zeta (TPZ) National Honor Society this spring. TPZ was formed in 2015 and recognizes students enrolled in Veterinary Technology programs for their academic achievement, leadership, character, and professional excellence. Membership is offered to students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above, a demonstrated commitment to caring for animals, and desirable qualities of strong character, work ethic, and professional behavior. Members also participate in service activities on campus and in the surrounding community.

Miami University students who are ranked in the top twenty percent of undergraduate students within each division for second semester 2018-19 have been named to the dean's list recognizing academic excellence.

60% percent of Bates College students elect to study abroad through the college's Center for Global Education. Bates' nationally recognized international education program offers access to academically rigorous and culturally enriching programs in more than 60 countries.

Students have been named to the dean's list at James Madison University for the spring 2019 semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899.

Students have been named to the president's list at James Madison University for the spring 2019 semester. Students who earn president's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.900 or above.

A total of 11,406 students enrolled during the 2019 spring term at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or to undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

SUNY New Paltz announces the conferral of graduate & undergraduate degrees at Commencement 2019

The University of Alabama awarded some 5,716 degrees during its spring commencement May 3-5. Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its spring 2019 Dean's List for full-time and part-time students.

Students have been named to the University of Delaware Dean's List for the Spring 2019 semester.

Loyola University Maryland recognized the class of 2019 at its 167th Commencement Exercises on May 18, 2019.

The University of Scranton announced more than 1,650 students were named to The University of Scranton's Dean's List for the 2019 spring semester.

Members of the Class of 2019 received their diplomas May 19 at Colgate University's 198th Commencement. Colgate Alumnus Antonio Delgado, U.S. Representative for the 19th Congressional District of New York, delivered the keynote address.

Sixty-eight students from Bates College's spring sports teams have received All-Academic honors from the New England Small College Athletic Conference. To be honored, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing and be a varsity letter winner with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 (raised from 3.40 a year ago).

Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean's list recognition.

At the 187th Commencement ceremony on May 26, Wesleyan conferred 763 bachelor of arts degrees; 44 master of arts degrees; 22 master of arts in liberal studies degrees; and 11 doctor of philosophy degrees.

The Class of 2019 graduated on Sunday, May 26, in a ceremony concluding the College's 207th year. Freeman Hrabowski, president of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, delivered the Commencement address, advising graduates to "keep asking the hard questions and keep thinking of things we've not thought about - about social justice and inequality and seeking the truth." Hamilton's 490 graduates now join an alumni body of more than 23,000, many of whom have made important contributions to business, the professions, government and the arts.

Some 3,275 students were awarded degrees during the University of Vermont's 218th commencement ceremonies. Darren Walker who presides over the Ford Foundation, one of the world's most influential social justice philanthropies and one of the largest private foundations in the United States, delivered the address.
